Step 1: Chhola Tayaar Karna Sab se pehle aadha kilo chhola achi tarah wash aur clean kar lein. Phir chholay ko poori raat pani mein bhigo kar rakh dein. Subah pani nikaal kar fresh pani mein boil karein jab tak chhola achi tarah soft ho jaye. Boil hone ke baad chholay ko chaan kar side par rakh dein.
