Singaporean Rice Recipe | Ghar Par Restaurant Style Singaporean Rice Banane Ka Asaan Tareeqa
Singaporean Rice aik bohat hi mashhoor aur complete meal hai jo rice, masalaydar chicken, vegetables aur creamy mayo sauce ka lazeez combination hota hai. Ingredients
Rice ke liye:
- Basmati chawal – 2 cups
- Namak – 1 tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
- Pani – zarurat ke mutabiq
Chicken Masala ke liye:
- Boneless chicken – 500 gram (choti cubes mein kati hui)
- Lehsan adrak paste – 1 tbsp
- Lal mirch powder – 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder – ½ tsp
- Soya sauce – 2 tbsp
- Chilli garlic sauce – 2 tbsp
- Tomato ketchup – 2 tbsp
- Namak – taste ke mutabiq
- Oil – 3 tbsp
Vegetables ke liye:
- Shimla mirch – 1 cup (julienne cut)
- Gajar – 1 cup (julienne cut)
- Band gobhi – 1 cup
- Spring onion – ½ cup
- Soya sauce – 1 tbsp
- Kali mirch – ¼ tsp
- Oil – 1 tbsp
Mayo Sauce ke liye:
- Mayonnaise – ½ cup
- Cream – ½ cup
- Lal mirch powder – ¼ tsp
- Namak – pinch
- Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Step by Step Recipe
Step 1: Rice Tayaar Karna
Sab se pehle chawal dhokar 20 minutes bhigo dein. Phir aik bartan mein pani, namak aur thora sa oil daal kar chawal ubal lein. Chawal dane daar honay chahiye. Pani nikal kar side par rakh dein.
Step 2: Chicken Masala Banana
Pan mein oil garam karein, lehsan adrak paste daal kar halki si bhunai karein. Ab chicken add karein aur medium flame par bhunai karein jab tak chicken ka rang change na ho jaye.
Iske baad lal mirch, kali mirch, namak, soya sauce, chilli garlic sauce aur ketchup daal kar achi tarah mix karein. Chicken jab tak tender aur masala oil chor de, paka lein.
Step 3: Vegetables Fry Karna
Alag pan mein thora sa oil garam karein. Sab vegetables add karein aur tez aanch par 2–3 minute toss karein. Zyada galani nahi hain, vegetables crunchy rehni chahiye. Soya sauce aur kali mirch add kar ke mix karein aur flame band kar dein.
Step 4: Mayo Sauce Banana
Aik bowl mein mayonnaise, cream, namak, lal mirch aur lemon juice daal kar smooth paste bana lein. Sauce creamy aur silky hona chahiye.
Step 5: Plating (Final Step)
Serving dish mein pehle chawal bichha dein, uske upar chicken masala spread karein, phir vegetables daal dein. Aakhir mein mayo sauce upar se pour karein. Chahein to spring onion se garnish kar sakti hain.
